Giving Chase

I love eastern brook trout. They’re the native char of my home waters in northern Wisconsin. They’re agressive, brilliantly colored, and they live in some of the most unspoiled habitats you’ll ever visit. This painting was a commission for the Wisconsin State Council of Trout Unlimited, and the money raised for this painting was used for habitat restoration projects.
